Your Capital Edge will help you improve your chances of getting the equity capital you need to grow your company. By following our tips and suggestions you will be better prepared for dealing with investors and know what investors look for. Our practical guide will take the guess work out of raising investment capital and will help you get the job done.

For years, I’ve advised and coached technology companies from concept to full development on how to create investment value. I’ve also worked in companies that I co-founded and raise the equity capital needed. I’ve been there and I’ve done it!

Along this journey I learned many things directly and from the experience of others… both good and bad. I’ve had the opportunity to help many entrepreneurs succeed. I’ve also seen many companies need the advice and expertise of highly qualified business advisors, but most are so cash starved, they cannot afford it even on a part-time basis.

I feel passionate about helping companies succeed and I am committed to help more entrepreneurs than I am able to on a one-on-one basis. This is why I’ve developed Your Capital Edge and written a book (to be published soon) that provide the expertise and resources at a price anyone can afford.
